Service eLearning, animations, video Company The OCM Industry Learning & Development The OCM is an international provider of coaching and mentoring qualifications and skills training for both organisations and individuals. We were asked to develop their eLearning capabilities with video, animations and interactive eLearning modules.
Fireant worked on a series of animations to explain the core concepts of the OCM’s ELECTRIC coaching methodology. Video interviews and conversations were recorded to showcase best practice examples of coaching. All of this was brought together in an eLearning course comprising several modules on each topic.
